Margarita's
ABOUT: Margarita's opened on April 16, 1982 in an old, abandoned Texas Barbeque joint on iconic Wilson Road in Conroe, TX. There was seating for about sixty, a women's restroom the size of a broom closet and a men's restroom that was, well, outside. Founders Maria and Hector Ortiz had a vision of a fun and funky Tex-Mex restaurant that served authentic and fresh food in an atmosphere that appealed to everyone. From these humble beginnings Margarita's was born.
So with that said Margarita's decided they needed a menu that matched that vision of being fun and funky and took the chance to reach out to me for my services, well how could I turn this down? With a chips and salsa and a few bucks to pay for one of their well known margarita's the menu was born!
